I have had my XP in the shop a couple of times. The first issue was it kept lurching forward and back. So the shop put a new rev limiter in. All seemed fine on the next trip to the lake and then it would lose half of its power, barely stay running and when I would get it back to the dock, one plug would be wet with fuel and dead. Put a new plug in and it would run great for about the first 15 min on the lake and then back to barely getting back to the dock... any ideas?

thats built into the mpem? Anyway, either yuor needle is stuck inside the carb, and/or your RAVES need cleaning. Remove the black cap on the cylinder thats fouling the plug, and lift up on the bellow, see if theres any restriction. If so, remove the 2-allen boolts and remove the valve and clean w/ blade or wire wheel.
