I bought this jet ski 3 weeks ago and the VTS switches were missing, I bought new switches. I put in the new switches and the motor wouldn't turn even when it was off screw so I bought a new motor. I installed the new motor and the VTS goes up but will not go down. The screw if fine I can put it down by hand, even with the motor off and just plugged in the up switch works but nothing happens when I push the down switch.
Any ideas?
