96 xp rpms

Hey guys went to the lake today and hooked these rpm gauges I got up. In te water my first ski does 1500 -1560 at idle full throttle I just would get to 6630

2nd ski idles about 1450-1500 in the water and it makes it to 6920 in full throttle. I ran them side by side full throttle and they armed right there together. Maybe little faster on 2nd ski. Why are my rpms not same and should I look for anything. Both had a full charged battery and new plugs and full tanks. Also both skis have 140 psi on cylinders.

Change the *plugs, do annual maintenance. Then try again.

Hey man this posted 2 times for some reason. They were brand new plugs. And all maintenance is up to date. Everything just got greased. New wear rings. New jet pumxp oil and water separator orings. Both sets of rave valves cleaned and cylinders are usually fogged after every ride. Carbs and all new fuel lines 2 years ago.
