96 xp multi function guage

anyone know the easiest way to get the guage out??????

Open the front hood unscrew all the screws usually 1/4 inch reach up behind and grap and twist them off or as i did break the plastic nut type thing and pull it out and once its out super glue it so its ring again and it'd be ready for a replacement
