I have a 96 seadoo xp that takes a very long time to start. I have a aftertmarket primer kit that was installed so it doesn't have a choke. It takes probably 10 times of 5 seconds pushing on the start button to start. When you pull the primer it doesnt really do anything. When I pull the throttle it takes about 2-3 seconds to even react. That is if you start from idol, if you are already moving it accelerates fine. I had the carbs opened and completely cleaned out and both cylinders are at 135psi. so the engine is fine. We took apart the rave valves and cleaned those off as well. I don't know what to do next i had someone tell me it could be the electrical boxes so im going to try those next.
