96 SPX, VTS control modual location???

I need to find the VTS control modual on my 96 SPX. I guess there is a 7.5 amp fuse in there and Im having some VTS issues. I think this might be the root of my problems. The shop manual says its loacted in the front of the bilge on the left side. I dont know what this means. I looked all over the front left, hell I looked all over the entire hull and couldnt find anything. Anyone know where this damn thing is?

pull floor shoe lever to release the grey electrical box. You can pull easily on some wires to get it up by the magnito to split open (4 more release snaps). Bill

Thanks, I had a feeling it was in the electrical box. I donno why the shop manual just doesnt say that
