96 Speedster Switches not working?

So, I Just bought a 96 Speedster on Tuesday, took it out as soon as I got it. Runs great, Fires right up. Batteries are brand new. Went to turn on the bilge pump and fan bilge and nothing. Tried the lights as well, also nothing. I'm gonna start taking this thing apart but wanted thoughts on what to check for and what it might be. Please help!

Flip the drivers hood up and pull the storage compartment out. There is a fuse panel underneath for the accessories. I'd start there.

Not positive on that specific model and year, but there may also be a fuse for accessories in the rear e-box in the engine compartment.

It's not uncommon for the bilge pump and fan to just take a crap after 20+ years. Very possible that the bulbs for your nav lights are shot as well. Just gonna have to test if it's a power issue or parts needing replaced. Good luck.
