96 Speedster right engine dies at high rpm

seems to run ok if I stay below 5000 RPM, but above that the right engine just dies like I hit the kill switch. Starts back up and will run ok until high rpm again. I have to be careful getting up on plane because it will die during that time period.

I had the same problem with a '95 speedster I used to have. It was a blown fuse in the MPEM box. Apparently one engine could keep the other going until you put both engines under a load, then it would kill the engine with the blown fuse.
