The seller stated no hull damage, needs cleaning, seats covered, both engines run BUT one has a fuel problem. Is this a good deal?

Is it cheap" That is a lot of work you will be doing.
And FYI lots of times they say fuel problem or just needs a starter it is actually a trashed engine.

Definitely Maybe... You need to check the engine compression on both engines. So if you're serious then you need to go look at it and bring a good battery and compression tester and check both engines. Take some pictures too and list them with the compression results. Are you in a titling state? Does he have the title or titles? I hope it comes with a decent trailer... With a title.
