Hey guys...........For some reason, I keep blowing the 7.5 amp fuse when I try to use the VTS button. It's a brand new VTS motor so what else could cause this? Any ideas?

The VTS module & houseing need replaced. You can open the motor cover and jumper the two leads to a battery to move the nozzel to a center position, so ya
can still ride it. IF the gauge works when you move it means the position sensor
reed relay is intact, and you might look into a cheaper "THETRIMFIX" module. I
would say if gauge is inoperable, buy a new houseing. Bills86e

thanks Bills86e....... The gauge does work, albeit temporarily, until the fuse blows. Never heard of "THETRIMFIX" module. Is it just a generic replacement?

thanks again
Mike

You can zip tie by the steering at tank. Basically pos + neg to battery, two to the
connector coming down Steering column, two wires to the vts motor. You pull the
rod and attach a stop. Glad to hear your module's sensor still sends gauge position signal to gauge. Bill
