96' Seadoo GTX (New Grips?)

I've noticed on my 96' GTX the grips are starting to wear out, and are getting a little bit sticky (probably from being in the sun).

I just can't find anywhere that sells OEM grips for the seadoo, I looked all over.

*Amazon doesn't work for me, I only can use Ebay, and sites that accept paypal.

Thanks for any help.

Just go to your local motorcycle shop... and buy ATV grips. They are 7/8" for both, and fit fine. DO NOT buy motorcycle grips. the twist throttle side is bigger to fit over the tube.

if you want aftermarket then my personal preference is odi rogues, slightly over $20 shipped.

I "might" have a pair of stock grips off a 96 gtx that were about an 8/10 condition, i'd have to look through my box of assorted crap.... to see if I saved them, i'd probably be looking for about $10 shipped for a pair, not that valuable.... Personally I'd rather spend $20 on some odi's, but that's me.

You can still get new sea doo grips for your machine. Black only. I just put a new set on my GSX. Got 'em from OSD for around 27 bucks. Don't know if OSD is PayPal compatible though.

ps, I know this is silly, because ebay has them as well,
BUT, if you really want to use amazon, buy an amazon gift card with paypal, and then purchase on amazon.

I only know this because I was discussing paypal/amazon with a friend and he was saying "of course amazon takes paypal", and I was saying "like hell they do" so then he tells me this workaround, which technically is correct...but too much work for me.

Personally i'm not that enamoured with amazon, shipping is fast & convenient for 99% of items, but i've cross checked prices between ebay/amazon on multiple items, and ebay is usually cheaper, not always, but usually.
