96 seadoo gtx dead i need help please

Hi i have a 96 seadoo gtx 787.i put a fully loaded battery and i put the key in and it doesnt do anything.like nothing at all.I bypassed the starting silinoid with a screw driver to make sure it was getting power and it did turned over.how can i check if the key is bad cuz it shows some wear.what can i do. i check all the fuses and they are all ok.

Your post is prolly bad, search it, there is a test to check it... Do the gauges even light up? My lanyards were worn to a crisp, but still when i would plug them in my gauges would light up... Beep sometimes but always got power... Got some new ones for like $35each, if you get new make sure they are dess programable, but ill bet its your post

Mine too. How did you bypass the starting solenoid?

Mine is blowing the 5 amp fuse instantly??

yea i did.the wire that supplies power to the MPEM was cut for some reason.i followed it for the elctrical box and i found it. i put back together and it worked fine.

to by pass the starting solenoid hook up your battery and with a screw driver just touch both stuts.i hope you can understand me.
