Hi all!!! For anyone that followed my other thread I bought a 96 GTX at auction and was seeing what it needed.. well I ended up just getting an engine from SBT!! Great people! Well I got the engine together dropped it in the ski, well here are my dumb questions... I can not remember where the oil lines
Run hoses run, cables etc.. I was too excited to get it out I didn't take the time to label it, as in the instructions it was pretty clear that it would be easy to re assemble.. except in the reassembly instructions it just tells you to hook them up doesn't tell me which hose is which :( my fault for rushing I looked up a schematic but way to confusing need help on mostly the oil and fuel lines, cooling lines some other odds and ends floating around.. let me know thanks!!!

Well you may need to look at some pictures posted around to see some of them. The manual does have some good diagrams.
But- Fuel- line from selector switch to the side of the mag carb. Pulse line from the case of the motor to the fuel pump on the mag carb. Return line to the fuel tank to the y fitting on the left side of the PTO carb.

Thank you that sort of helps, lol.. it is deff easier if I see it.. this is the my first ever 2 stroke I took apart and watercraft I can work on a car diesel truck no problem but this is all new to me lol

Ok I got it down to two oil lines a feed and return where the heck do they go! I have the one feed to the oil pump. Here is what I'm working with I'm sure it's probably stupid... but any help is appreciated

OK, the line from the bottom of the tank connects under the carbs to feed the rotary valve. And the return from the top of the tank to the rear of the motor. It is actually a vent and the oil does not circulate.

Where in the rear of the motor does it connect, next time I am labeling everything but hopefully there isn't a next time!!! Thanks

The oil lines connect under the intake manifold and under the pipe on the sides of the engine not the rear.
