96 GSX Wont Start! HeLP!

1996 Seadoo GSX.

Turns on with two beeps. Start/Stop does nothing.

Tried jumping the solenoid, nothing happens.

Ideas?

check starter connections and battery connections.

give us some more details before you tried starting the ski. maybe the engine is locked? maybe the starter is dead? I don't know if you can but maybe take the spark plugs out and try rolling the engine over by hand. if it turns easy then start looking closer towards what may cause that starter to not work.

Is it clicking? or is it just dead.

Sorry.
New battery, connections are good (considering power is getting to the console to give me the beeps). Engine turns ok by hand.
If the starter is dead, I would be looking for ideas on how to determine that and/or replace it. Thanks for the help!

Use a jumper cable, hook the red onto the Starter lug that has the red cable, the other jumper cable red end touch to battery POS +. This should crank it. If not,
remove the starter. The proceedure is in the shop manual. Take it to an auto part store and have it load tested. It may just need a set of brushes & cleaned.
