96 gsx throttle problem!

my 96 gsx will start fine and rev fine out of water once plced in water it may or may not for couple of minutes run fine but then it bogs down you hit throttle and it acts like it wants to get up and go for split second then it just like bogs down and will go but very slowly with no rpm any suggestions????

Sounds to me like a fueling issue. Could be clogged fuel filters, possibly from grey fuel lines, dirt, ect. Could be the filters in the carbs, carbs may need a rebuild. I would start with checking the carbs out forsure.
