96 GSX Electrical Problems

Need some help and advice...I have a 1996 GSX Seadoo...It starts and idles just fine, but when you start to accelerate and get around 4000 rpm's it blows the 15 amp fuse located in the rear electrical box.

The rectifier has been changed and the problem still exists. Is the stator bad? How do you check the stator? Any help and advise would be greatly appreciated.

plug on front of motor, check 3 yellow wires to see if theyre shorted out to eachother. If so, stator is bad
