96 gsx bogging down

Hi all im new to the site and have a problem with my 96 gsx[787]It starts up and idles great but boggs down till it warms up.I found if i shut it down and start it up it will take off and then bogg down /till it warms up[5 to 10 min.]I have not replaced the grey lines but will do so.Also my fuel guage flashes low fuel at all times with the red light on[i dont get any audible beeps/never have?This is my first seadoo,so still trying to familarze myself with it.Any help would be apreciated/also where onthe carbs are the basket filters[any pics?]

report back, after you've replaced the fuel lines and went thru the carbs....:cheers:
