951 lower end question

This ski I bought was supposed to have been rebuilt. The piston and top end is really clean but both cylinders have 100-110psi depending on which gauge you believe.
Its also very hard to start cold. And the guy said it wont run well till warmed up.

Is there any way to tell if the crank was replaced during rebuild? Will the rods be different? Does anyone have a pic of the OEM carb gaskets? Mine were gray with some writing stamped on both side. Would the rods be different on a new rebuilt crank? I should have the motor out tomorrow and I will pull the jugs to look at things and post pics of what I see. I will also measure ring gap and should I do a squish test?

It would be great if I could get away with just a top end.
