951 in a boat

putting a 951 in a 14 ft baja boat can I exit the exhaust though the hull instead of low like a ski would be about at the top of the motor where it exits

You can do it and it would function fine but it would be loud. Even if you like the sound, consider where you boat and if the other boaters are going to be as enthusiastic about the sound of your boat as you will.

not sure anyone enjoys the sound of a huge 2 stroke.
Most exit under the water, but only when not on plane.
Once the boat rises, the exhaust is strait air.
I know a full day on my skis will make your ears ring...
