951 bottom end, and more

I dont know too much about stuff like this, but i parted out the rest of the ski and on the floor i have the bottom end sitting. I sucked water into a cylinder and it sat there for about a month like that while i was taking it apart thinking the cylinder was gone. so right now as it sits there is the cylinders, the crank case, the crank, the stator, and the starter all together still on the floor. i think everything is good because it died because of the water in the cylinder not the cylinder itself which i would imagine is junk now anyways. I also have the head for it too. I would like to get 400 for everything, and anyone looking for just a case could make out pretty well on this selling off all of the other stuff. I am in MA, and would like anyone that is interested in it to come check it out before pick up so I am not liable for anything i don't know about it. Thanks, and ask away anything you want to know. Keep it on this thread though so everyone gets the answer to anything asked. Thanks. And no I dont want to part off any of that stuff but ask anyways because if it sits too long, I will do that.

Still have the 951 bottom end?
My engine blew a hole in lower case and I might like to get it yours if you've still got it. There's no way I can come take a look though, I live just outside of New Orleans, LA... can you tell me if your engines lower end looks like it could be reused or not and what would you have to get for it? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I do still have it, I havent taken it apart yet to try and sell the parts, but if you are interested I would certainly be able to get piture of it to you. If you would like to buy it, as just a case with no crank or anything I would sell it to you for 250, plus shipping, if you want the crank with it, I would sell it for 300 plus shipping. Let me know if you are interested and I will look into getting pictures of it for you.

Your price is reasonable & I would really like to see what kind of shape the crank cases and crankshaft are in, do you think the crank needs a rebuild?

I think I'm already starting to get spring fever... now that we can't watch dem' Saints no more I should have time to put my Seadoo back together and be ready when spring comes.

I honestly have no idea about the crank. I mean the ski was working when it died, and it had about 12 oz of water in the cylinder when I finally took it apart, so i know that was the cause but i do not know the condition of the crank. I will try to take apart the case this weekend if you want and take some pictures of it.
And so much for spring fever for me. I am getting a foot anf a half of snow tomorrow. My spring doesnt really start until mid april, and summer in early june. Other then that you def dont want to be falling off into the water.
