i have a 95 xp that runs fine until i have to fuel it, after fueling it or when it is shut off for a few minutes (after being used ) it will not run above idle speed. If you continue to ride at idle speed for ten or fifteen minutes it takes off and runs fine until it is shut down again. or if you leave it off for an hour or so it will start up and run fine. Is this some sort of heat problem or a fueling issue?
