95 spi front cylinder low i put oil in the cylinder soak it then crank it over to get the oil out and it goes up to 90 psi
This ski was sittings for 10 years.
It starts and runs on water max speed was 38mph
Is this a stuck ring?

A top end kit is $215. Or pull it apart, see if the ring is stuck. Buy an OEM ring (assuming it's never been rebuilt) for it and toss it back together. Your call. I won't ride anything that isn't 100%, but I ride alone most times so I have to know I'm making it back under my own power. Or, just ride that ski up river so when she grenades you can float downstream, LOL.

It's easy to pull the cylinder and check a ring. You can't judge a motor's condition based on a compression test with an oil soaked cylinder, you will get higher numbers that are not realistic. I have seen over 200 psi on my XP with oil on the piston, not realistic.
