1995 Speedster, first time in the water this summer, one engine overheating. Flushed both sides and tubes all look clear and open. No debris in intake or in pump cavity. Overheat sensor seems good - heated it in pan of boiling water while on an ohmeter, and resistance started to drop at about 200 F.

Any other suggestions?

Thanx.

the 650 is watered backwards. water goes to exhaust first, then into the engine. take exhaust off, put a garden hose to the big hose fitting on the front and blow it out. exhaust manifold is another possibility.

was the motor overheating? that sensor fails regularly, i know u tested, was water coming out the telltale was the motor hot or exhaust hot should be able to put hand on exhaust with motor running
