I have a 95 speedster, we just purchased it and it is pouring out white smoke. I understand that some smoke is normal, but it is pouring out. And also I noticed alot of oil in the water. Can anyone help

Welcome.

First... where in Da' Burgh' are yuns?

Second... if it's been sitting, it's very normal for an older SeaDoo engine to smoke. My boat left enough smoke the first time out this year that I couldn't see the ramp, but it should clear out after a couple minutes of full throttle.

The reason for this is... the Rotax engines use a rotary valve in the intake. The gears for that valve are lubed via the 2-stroke oil in the injection tank. Once an engine gets a few miles on it, the seals in the center section start to weep a little, and that oil will then sit in the crackcase. If the seals are in good condition, this only becomes a problem if it's been sitting for more than a month, and most of the time, it just blows out shortly after the engine starts.
