95 sea doo xp problem

ok im new here from oklahoma and just bought my first sea doo, anyways i have never messed with boats or sea doos before so i need some tech advice. just a little inexperienced
It will start just fine on the trailer and in the water, and it idles just fine both ways, but when i took it to the lake and gave it gas it took off right away and pulled good, then i just died, anyways i started it right back up got on the throttle and it would just bog and die? it wont rev up in the water at all now? not sure if its something to do with the trim or gas? gas guage also shows empty when full..
all the help i can get would be appreciated, thanks

BR8ES *plugs gap .021? May be a bad DESS post or connection dirty or loose.
Ignition pick-up bracket broke in Stator? All connectors cleaned/Dielectric greased?
unplug fuel bafel at tank, jumper the two pins on harness side, with lanyard off, hit start button. Does gauge go to Full? if so, bafel sender bad, ...if not, gauge bad.
Check if water in rear box. Bills86e
