I have a 94 seado xp. It runs great but I am going through exhaust manifold bolts nearly everytime I use it. When I comoe in there are 1,2 or even 3 broken off. This has happened several time. Any Ideas? This boat has the two piece exhaust system.

Pull the jetpump, replace any broken engine mounts and realign the engine before
you damage the crankseals. just my opinion. Bills86e

When you look at these seadoo motors they all have 2 or 3 piece exhaust, on most are rubber "donuts" in the larger pipe and yours may be decayed or vibrated away to the seawater, compare your model pictures to your other model - it looks like you have a flat top and a tilted motor xp800 - same ideas that Bill suggested, the motor has to stay down in the hull or anything will get torn loose.
