94 xp still not running

Hey back again! So far, new battery, starter, rebuilt both carbs, pop-off set at 20psi, replaced all fuel lines, cleaned strainer and selector switch. I have spark, fuel in lines at carbs and returns. If I prime with some brake clean it will fire and die off soon as the brake cleaner is used up. What else is there? I thought maybe timing but it fires up on brake cleaner and goes up to 3k then dies. The primer does not work but that should just get it going. I don't know, very frustrating.

Only use pre-mix to prime. Two things.

Mag carb fuel pump not working. The fuel pump pulse line could be leaking. It sucks fuel from the gas tank Bafel. Look for loose or cracked line.
Fuel lines not oriented correctly. The two bafel straw lines (on & res) go to selector-separator-lower nipple on mag carb.
