so the last few times i have taken my 94 xp out i have had a problem. the battery is completely charged, but when i connect the key and press the starter after choking it it winds like the battery is low the only way i can get it to start is moving the trim up or down as soon as i try starting it, and with my arm giving it a little throttle. after i can turn it on and off fine except once the key is disconnected then i have to do that all over again. any ideas?
