94 xp plastic coming from jet

Hi, just got a 94 xp and fired up for first time. It has been sitting since at least 2018 and was locked up. I soaked the cylinders with fogging oil and let it sit then freed it up by bumping the starter. Compression was about 130 plus in both cylinders and a scope camera showed cross hatching. Took off the air filter and carbs looked clean inside. Checked oil, replaced cleaned plugs and squirted some mix gas down the carbs and it fired. I hooked up water and actually got it to run for about 30 seconds and was spitting water out the tube. But after it started some bit of black plastic fell out the jet exit. I’m not sure what they are. The blades appear to be metal. Any idea what these are? Please see picture

I would also rebuild the carbs with genuine Mikuni parts you can get the wear ring and carb parts from OSD.
Change the jet pump oil and inline oil filter for the oil injection and verify you are using the correct API-TC oil.
While the carbs are off change the small 3/32" oil injection lines.
