94 XP engine swap?

Hi all, i might need a new engine on my 94 XP and was thinking of replacing it with a bigger engine.... does anyone know what is the biggest engine that i can just "drop in" on the ski without changing too many parts on it???

The short answer is... nothing with "Drop in."

The long answer is... a 720 will bolt into the stock location, but the electronics aren't compatible, and since you have 657"X" motor... you are only looking at about 5 hp extra. In my opinion, its not worth the $$$ to do the swap.

For about $300... you can find a used "Factory Pipe" and it will give you a 15 to 20 HP boost.
