so my problem was the ski was starting out of water but not in. Finally I got it going today.
My rotary valve timing was way off. printed off a degree wheel and set it to my skis spec. brought it down to the river and she ran perfect. for about half hour.
so after a while of riding, it would idle fine but then giving it wide open throttle it would bog down and have near half the power.
is it possible for the timing of the rotary valve to change on its own? I don't think so. seems like a low or high speed screw on the carb problem? (which I thought I had dialled in)
any other ideas?
THANKS!!
