I have a 94 Sea-Doo SPI and was riding and it went completely dead. When I tried to start it, it just gave a low grunt. I changed the battery and same thing happened. I took the starter out and was able to spin the fly wheel so I believe the engine is not seized. Can someone assist in trouble shooting this issue? I am going to take the starter and get it tested as well.
