94 seadoo bombardier GTX

94 Sea-Doo bombardier gtx is hesitant on moving for a quick second it wants to get up and go then it just sputters and doesn’t come out of it any help would be greatly appreciated

I concur....you didn't give us any info regarding the ski pedigree...so starting strictly based on age alone....service those carbs and the fuel system (using only OEM Mikuni carb kits)....otherwise you will be just wasting your time....follow the Carb rebuild sticky post....great info there.....life altering
