Two weekends ago i rebuilt my 650 motor.. I got it back together and got it started easily...Took it to the lake to start my break in......started right up....did my 20 percent varible throttle 30 min run. then the 50... each time starting right up like a brand new ski.... then i went for my 90 percent run....everything was going fine until about 20 min in the carburetors started "popping" it cut out then started right back up i finished the 30 min and brought it back in but engine was starting to bogg down.... i went in let it set then was going to go out again and the engine wouldnt start.....so took the spark plugs out... cleaned the cylinders of gas by turning engine over then put new plugs in......went out and engine was "bogged down" wouldnt rev up...just wanted to run right at 20 percent throttle..... i let it sit for a week.. went down to lake on friday and it started up pretty easily....... i went for a ride holding it 80-90 percent throttle at most.....ran great for 15-20 min then all of a sudden carburetors started "popping" then the engine bogged down.... and wouldnt rev back up just acted "bogged down" and i couldnt get it to work threw it with trying to "feather" the throttle........... Thinking of carb rebuilds...... any suggestions????
