My ski runs great for about 10 mins then just dies. Wait about 1 min, starts back up fine. Runs a few more mins, dies. Any suggestions? Fuel valve cleaned, carbs cleaned, new gas and oil. new battery, new fuel filter, new plugs.

One simple thing to check is the check valve on your fuel tank vent . It may be plugged. Insects love to use these small orifices. If the tank can't draw air the fuel consumption will cause a vacuum in the fuel system and the engine will be starved and cut off after a small length of time, depending on how much fuel is in the tank. A quick check would be the next time it cuts off is to open and close the gas cap and see if it will crank and run normal for another 10 minutes or so.
