94 GTX- Wont wake up

Yea I unplugged the motor side and the white is cut there as well. Dam, I was hoping that was the issue. I have tested everything that I know to do to the best of my knowledge. I talked to a good friend that knows electronics and all he can think of is something has a broken ground. Perhaps the stop button is bad ( tests good though ) ? It cannot be the solenoid since this is the 2nd new one I put in there. The control module is new ( might be bad ) but I doubt that since it was doing the same with the old one.

Got a new stop button installed, and nothing. Anyone have some lighter fluid and a match??

Would anything in the front cover of the motor if shorted out ( like the stator ) or something else not allow this dam thing to spin the starter??
