i'm new to this forum so bear with me here.I've got a 94 gtx that wants to overheat at idle.when running at wot I get quite a bit of water from the back hole. at idle I get NO water from this hole.is this normal?once it heats up it starts to idle erradically. The ski is all original including the wear ring.not sure of the clearance.I'll take any advice you can give me thanks

Id say its time for some good basic maintenance. Do some searching around and youll find lots. Also check the line in the pump that provides cooling water to your engine, make sure its not clogged. Backflush the engine it could be full of sand. Start looking around, maybe a rubber line is broken down and causing poor water flow.

At idle, you won't get much out the pee hole. Much of the water will go out the exhaust.

Are you getting a warning from your buzzer?

I would start by taking off each hose, and blowing them clear... then back flush the engine.
