94 GTX Oil Lines Won't Purge

Background: Purchased 1994 GTX with hole in Mag Cylinder. Diagnosed as problems from old gray fuel lines. Replaced all fuel lines (did not replace selector switch as it was clean but cleaned it anyway). Split case to clean out aluminum. Rebuilt top end (now has 150 psi in each cylinder). Finally got it all back together and it started right up but the oil lines which I also replaced (as well as the oil filter) are not purging. There is about 1cm or "bubble" remaining in the line right before the injector nozzle. I replaced the small hoses and "blew" out the nozzles. I am running 40:1 premix as a precaution. Any ideas as to why the oil lines will not purge?

My cleaned carburators are also running very rich. I will ask about this in a separate post but just wanted to mention it here.

Hope you leak-down tested after you assembled the carbs.
The pump has a bleed screw just after the inlet nipple to get that supply line bled,
Holding the lever up to the full throttle position should force the air bubble out while
the engine is running. That old of a ski, I'd hope you measured the RV cover clearance, and had it machined if out of spec. You can change to a step hotter *plug to help burn the excess oil. By being oil rich, the mixture is now lean. Turn
the LSA out a 1/8 turn to help compensate. Bills86e
