93 spi thru hull fitting needs replaced???

bearing carrier siezed on the drive shaft and ripped the thru hull fitting apart. not enough lip to clamp to. now what??

I dont know much about the 93, but why not replace the thru hull fitting. You can buy a replacement. SBT sells them.
