Ok so once again prolly a stupid question but here it goes. . . i have a 93 sp and i dont have a trim adjustment do I. i was out on pretty calm water 2day and i just cant get it to stop bouncing. I tried shifting my weight everywhere and no luck is there n e thing that i can do or just keep playinn with shifting my weight. this is my 1st pwc and it was my 2nd day out it was awsome just had a few questions in general it didnt come with an owners manual. so one more stupid one if i am riding in fresh water do i have to do any post run maintinence besides start it for 10 secs out of water to get the water out of it i go out about every three days. so it aint gonna sit 4 very long. last question if i let it idle for ten secs or so like when docking and then go to go back out i give it the gas and it kinda bogs out and i play with the throttle it cleans itself out now i would assume i am running a little too rich n e one got any other guesses o ps i am running premix thanks for the help alex

Sounds like your cavitating. Check your wear ring and impeller for damage.Check your wear ring gap. I would let the motor air out after riding too. Do you still have grey fuel lines, if so replace them and clean your carb and fuel selector and replace your fuel filter

but i thought cavitaiting was sucking air when you r trying to plane the doo planes fine and yes i have black fuel lines

Is your motor reving up and than down when its doing this or do the rpms stay steady. I'm not to familar with your hull but since you dont have trim, I would say aftermarket sponsons or an extended ride plate. The ride plate would help more if your just porpoising and not cavitating. Maybe somebody will chime in if its a common problem on this ski. In regards to your bogging issue, if you haven't cleaned your carb in a while that maybe your problem or maybe a clogged filter.

Yes you have a trim adjustment. It is not electrical, and not adjustable in the sense
of multiple varying. An SP venturi lower steering pivot has a forward and a rearward
threaded hole, that allows pointing the nozzel up or down. Bills86e
