93 seadoo xp sometimes has spark

My seadoo is very weird it sometimes has spark and when it does it runs fine but then like 30 min later it doesnt so I'm so confused I'm thinking maybe something In my electrical box is going bad, there is no corrosion/rust and it is completely clean inside so anybody have an idea?
(Also I installed a brand new ignition coil so i know it's not that)

Really strange it runs for 40 minutes then dead. I would say connections first. How long before it will start again?

I checked all the connections all seem good and its different everytime maybe 10 min maybe 2 hours maybe 2 days it's just random do you think it's my mpem module?

So I looked really close at the spark tester I have and it has the faintest spark and it looks really weak so now I think that was my problem but I still dont know how to fix that

Replaced the mpem and now I am getting spark but now it's only starting unless i poor gas down the carbs but I have new carbs rebuilt by a professional but it has been sitting for a month

Found out that the rebuilder used the wrong springs so I put it new ones and the ski Is running great!

So what was your final problem? The Mpem? I had a CDI box on one of my bikes do that, run for 30 minutes and then quit until it cooled down and would start again.

I had a similar issue with my 'new to me' '94 GTS. The MPEM installed when I purchased the ski was from a '92 and it was really intermittent. Sometimes the ski would start and run well and others it would not. I suspect the intermittent running is why the previous owner sold the ski in the first place.

I ordered an aftermarket MPEM from Amazon and the engine has been starting well since its installation. Unfortunately, due to the ending of summer here in the north, I haven't had a chance to really run the machine much so I cannot comment on the long term quality of the aftermarket MPEM I purchased.

Yep my problem was the mpem, I also got mine aftermarket on amazon and well, It runs great, I ran it for about 3 hours last weekend and had a blast. To bad I finally fixed it at the end of summer, oh well I'm super excited about next summer, I did also replace my ignition coil because that was also going out due to a shredded wire.
