I have a 90 sp and its seem as if it is hydro locked unless i have a fully charged battry even if i take the spark plugs out took the pump off think it was there it was not checked the pistons there not sezied im lost maybe the starter is week?
Could be the starter. Its getting old ya know. Tho I wish there were more things to troubleshoot before just replacing it. Have you taken it off to see the condition its in?
