I am new here and from South Africa. I need some advise on a 1997 GSX 800.
A cir clip came out on the rear piston. The engine was on 1mm oversize. I have now got Wiseco 1.5mm pistons plus a top end gasket kit(had to import from USA). I have been reading a lot on the piston clearance and rave clearance, but got no definite answer on what it is suppose to be. I don't race i mainly use for fishing and just driving at the dam. I am from a small town so the local engineering is not of great help.If i can get all the exact specs to give to them it will help a lot. I will assemble myself . I have never worked on a jet ski but i am a qualified mechanic.
