Hello wave guys...

First post here, just returned from lake Hogan,Valley Spring's California, only lake near bye allows 2 stroke.

Wife had to swim back to shore...she was not pleased with my assurance that I fixed the boat(1995 spx seadoo)x4 hull.
I had been having issue's with the motor cutting out after half throttle applied?
Plus she was running Rich last trip out...starts just fine, cold apply choke and 1/8 throttle, warm start just 1/8 throttle,no choke.

Before the trip,I pulled off the twin Mikuni square body carb's to check the internal filter, just fine and dandy(I had already installed new genuine Mikuni rebuild kit.s just the past 20 hour's or so.Got some go full speed run's out of the old Girl.
I pulled to shore and pop'ed the seat off to look at my clear fuel lines, and sure enough I found pockets of air in the feed and return line's.
My question is this....why is there air in the line's...and could this be why the motor is starving for fuel?

Also,I found that the oil Injection cable spring is not holding back the lever....

Look at your fuel cutoff mixer and make sure the connections are not allowing air in where your lines are clamped on. Same for your fuel pump.

Typically the on/off valve or fuel strainer o-ring are what leak air.

I will be back at it next day,Sunday here, after I put the tools in the Van for work project's...I will start bye re-tying all the gas hose, which are 1/4" Clear....Than off to Lake Hogan,be back soon and Thanks
's for the Tip.

Well,same issue happened.
So I turned the high speed screw out from 0 to 1/2 turn, same issue,so I turned the screw in to 1/4 turn, same problem, and ski was harder to start.
Next thing I will try is bye pass the selector switch and run strait to the tank.?

Time to test all the areas that control the fuel pressures.bike pump and house gas pressure gauge with adapters.
