The pistons are same, but measure the small end of the rods - there were 2 sizes, the x model came with larger cooling jacket on cyls and inline carbs - these carbs are harder to repair and only made this way a couple years till the tilted 787 engine came along in the gtx family seadoo 3 seater with reverse.
