4 stroke or 2 stroke?

Can anyone tell me just by the photo if this model GTX for 2002 is a 4 stroke or 2 stroke?

4 Tecs never came in that hull that's a GTX two stroke 951 Carb'd or maybe DI.

The last two digits of the HIN (Hull Identification Number) will confirm the year.

Thanks dealership said its a 4 stroke, but I couldn't find any 4-Tec hulls that matched this one either.

there are yellow 4 stroke GTX (03 or 04 I think...) , but from what I can tell by looking at that its the 951 the giveaway clue is the hood the 4 stroke hoods are different than the 2 stroke.

03 GTX...4tec. Sharper lines on the hood.

cant you just look inside gas cap and if there is an oil/gas mixture ratio, then it is probably a two stroke, 4 strokes there is no fuel oil mixture....

Lots of easy ways to tell if you were at the ski,,, but I'm guessing that is the issue. Only has a picture,,,
