I'm new to the form and I am not sure if I am in the right place, but here goes. As mentioned above I a 2021 GTX 230 Turbo. On Saturday I took out for it's first dip in the water. At the launch I left it attached to the trailer started it and everything seemed fine.
It took it for a tour of the marina and again everything seemed fine. I'm Canadian and boat on Lake Ontario. I left the marina for the open water and for the first few min it seemed. I put it into ECHO Mode hit the throttle and off it went. In about 5 minutes it just shut down. I can't restart the engine and ultimately I had to call for help from the Coast Guard because I was drifting quickly of shore.
Now when I try to start it I get a ERROR MESSAGE on the display saying "DROWN MODE" and I can't do anything to get it to start.
I guess I should mention that I have a few options on the machine. IBF, IDF, GPS/Transducer and factory Sound System.
