I am having an issue with my IBR module, I am getting an IBR Module Failure message as soon as I turn power on to my ski. I have 2021 Fish Pro Trophy with about 90 hours, it has been running in salt water for the past couple of years. This issue started about a month or so back when I had an issue with my impeller coming disconnected from the impeller shaft while I was out fishing. I was able to limp back to the dock and when I raised my IBR bucket to see if something was stuck in the output impeller I got the message and the bucket would not go back down. So while I had the impeller assembly out I removed the IBR module, disassembled it and replaced the motor, hoping that was the issue. After replacing the module I connected everything and tried to operate the IBR using the override function. I still had the message showing on the dash. After a lot of research, there isn't much about this issue, it sounds like it could be the main wiring harness. If anybody knows of a procedure to test the IBR or what to look for on the wiring harness that would be greatly appreciated. I am going to start taking the harness out and check the different parts for corrosion and chaffing, I will post what I find.
