2017 RXT-260, no beep, no start

Hello everyone.
I have a 2017 RXT-260, and I went to fire her up for the first time this season, and I have no beep when I attach the key, and no start hitting the button. Gauges do nothing. Battery is freshly charged and good.

Any ideas where to begin before I take it to the dealer?

Check fuses and/or connectors

I looked over all the fuses in the fusebox and everything appears to be in order;
I reseated some of the connector as well.

have 12V at the battery, no fuses appear to be blown.
I have good ground at the motor and 12V at the upper post below, but not the lower one.
I checked around and couldn't find 12V anywhere else in the fuse box - is there somewhere I'd normally have 12V if the start isn't pressed?
It looks like nothing is getting energized.

Progress, I found power at the relay in the fusebox.
I jumped it and everything powered up - so right now I'm assuming it may be a relay issue and I'm getting a new one.
