Hey all,
I just picked up a 2015 RXPX 260, with 13 hours on it. So excited. Not the point, however. When the previous owner started it, the engine ran fine, and there were no codes. However, when i turned it over the other day, I noticed the "low oil pressure" warning was illuminated, and it displayed on the LCD readout. I immediately turned it the boat off. I checked the oil level, and it is fine, based on the operator's guide.
I talked to the previous owner (he's been really good about maintaining contact and answering questions), and he says that the light comes on for the first couple of starts, and then once the unit gets up to NOC, it turns off, and we all resume life as usual.
Does anyone have any experience with this? What are things to look for? This is by far the most advanced unit I've owned, and I'd like to do this right.
Thanks,
-J
